Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of your final payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once your order leaves the warehouse, delays do to the postal service or shipping company we use, are out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and communicated after your final payment. Your products are shipped directly from our supplier.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $1000 within 50 miles of Smithfield, VA.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the custom nature of photography, no refunds will be issued unless a product arrives damaged. You have 10 business days to request a refund. Session fee’s are non-refundable. Return Policy Page
